The Dan Grinnan Lifetime Achievement Award

In 2023 the VFSAAA formally established the "Dan Grinnan Lifetime Achievement Award" The "Dan Grinnan Lifetime Achievement Award" is given out as appropriate at our Annual Retraining Seminar. The award is given out by the Board of Directors.
Dan Grinnan Lifetime Achievement Award This award is to recognize a member whose work over the course of a career of 10 years or more, unless such career is interrupted by circumstances beyond the control of the member, made a marked impact in the Forensic Science and / or Crime Scene Investigation communities. Please note, the Dan Grinnan Lifetime Achievement Award is given out by the Board of Directors.

2014 and 2018 Award winners Dan Grinnan received the initial award in 2014 and Frank Dunton received the award in 2018.
